Playful Practicality: How Copenhagen Makes Fashion Both Desirable and Wearable

For my senior thesis at Drexel University, I explored how Copenhagen fashion balances style and practicality through design, sustainability, community, and everyday lifestyle. After visiting Copenhagen while studying abroad, I was instantly inspired by the city’s approach to fashion and developed the concept of “playful practicality,” which I translated into a styled editorial shoot reflecting its expressive yet functional aesthetic.
